Device Send-off

You now have the options to send off your device yourself to 36 High Street, CT1 2RY, Canterbury, UK. You can request a Sales pack, print your pack, or choose to use your local DPD drop off point to send your device. (** coming soon). For further questions, simply contact us via online chat.

STEP 3

Free Return

Once we receive the device, we'll do a quick pre-repair diagnose and get started with the repair right away. Usually, the repairs are done within 24-48 hours. As soon as the repair is done, we'll perform the final post-repair test and the device will be sent back to the address you have provided with the order.

Once you have successfully made the payment and book in a repair service, the next step is to send-off your device directly to above address or request to arrange a local DPD Pick-up (coming soon). We'll return the device with no additional charges.

Once payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from us along with the postal address and other details. You can also visit your local royal mail, DPD or choose any other device send-off method to send us your device. Alternatively, you can also request us to arrange a DPD pick-up (check availability).

Please back up your data, remove passwords and pin codes, and reset the device to factory settings when sending it over to us. This will allow us to adequately test the device without affecting your privacy.

The payment should be made online when booking the repair.

Once we have your device, repairs usually take up to 48 hours. If additional parts are required this may take longer, but we will inform you should that be the case. You will also be able to track the progress of your order on our website.

As we are an online-based company but our head office is located at 36 High Street, CT1 2RY, Canterbury, UK.

Our experienced technicians will test the device on arrival and prior to dispatch to ensure the device is functioning correctly. The test includes but is not limited to checking for faults in buttons, sound, cameras, LCD display, speakers, etc.

Yes, all our devices come with a 6-month warranty. This applies to most of the repairs, however, in some cases it’s not applicable.

We will pack your device safely in a protective box as part of our free returns. You will be notified of the dispatch and will be able to track the courier. Please note that we are only able to offer free delivery to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Other locations are not covered and will incur additional charges for postage.
