Device Send-off

Our team will contact you via email with instructions for dropping off your device. Simply send us your device and we will take care of the repair and return within the specified timeframe. Alternatively, you can also send your device to: 11 St George’s Street, Canterbury, Kent CT1 2JT.

Once we receive the device, we'll do a quick pre-repair diagnose and get started with the repair right away. Usually, the repairs are done within 24-48 hours. As soon as the repair is done, we'll perform the final post-repair test and the device will be sent back to the address you have provided with the order.
