Once payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from us along with the postal address and other details. You can also visit your local royal mail, DPD or choose any other device send-off method to send us your device. Alternatively, you can also request us to arrange a DPD pick-up (check availability).

Please back up your data, remove passwords and pin codes, and reset the device to factory settings when sending it over to us. This will allow us to adequately test the device without affecting your privacy.

The payment should be made online when booking the repair.

Once we have your device, repairs usually take up to 48 hours. If additional parts are required this may take longer, but we will inform you should that be the case. You will also be able to track the progress of your order on our website.
